Correction: Wrong data in city budget story

In Tuesday's story on the city's proposed budget for the upcoming fiscal year, we incorrectly reported the city was pulling $1,271,000 from fund balance.

The city is pulling $660,000 from fund balance to balance the financial plan and will $611,000 in installment financing to purchase big ticket items for police, fire, public works and parks and recreation.
The story has been corrected and updated.
