Last week the Roanoke Rapids High School Women’s Tennis team had a week packed full of matches. 

On Tuesday, they hosted S. Granville High School.  The teams were playing it out for first place in the conference.  Unfortunately, the Jackets came up short, with a loss to S. Granville (1-8). 

Wednesday, the Jackets hosted Warren County High School and defeated them 6-0. 

Thursday the Jackets were on the road, playing Vance County in Henderson.  They won the match (8-1) and secured second place in the conference.
