Due to an North Carolina High School Athletic Association (NCHSAA) rule dealing with football players missing 5 or more consecutive school days of practice and needing 3 practices to be able to play in a game, Roanoke Rapids High will not be playing Vance County in football (JV or Varsity) this week. Vance County also fits into this rule of missing days.
