Halifax Academy Varsity basketball teams split Friday night while the Middle school boys won at Fath Christian. 

Halifax Academy middle school boys defeated Faith Christian 44 to 43.

The Vikings were down by 2 with 1.5 seconds to go when Davis Grant was fouled shooting a 3. Stepped to the line and knocked down all 3 free throws to put us up by one and essentially win the game.

Leading scorer for Halifax was Dawson Stroud with 19, followed by Davis Grant with 11. Jake Merritt and Wesley Boerner both had 6 while Zack White chipped in 2.

 

 

The Lady Vikings Varsity team beat Faith Christian 41-29 improving to a 15-2 overall record and still 9-0 in CIC confernce.
