William “Bill” Telliga passed away on January 21, 2025 at the age of 84. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Earl Telliga Sr., and Carrie Lee Arnold Telliga, brother, Earl Telliga Jr., and sister in law, Nancy Erwin Telliga.

He was a graduate of Roanoke Rapids High School and attended Chowan University before serving his country in the U.S. Army.

Upon his return from the Army, Bill earned his funeral directors license and went on to proudly work as a dedicated employee of Branch Funeral Home and served in the funeral home business for over 50 years. He was a long time member of the Masonic Lodge and First United Methodist Church of Roanoke Rapids. He enjoyed listening to Gospel music.

Bill is survived by his nephew, Archie Telliga and his wife, Amy, their children Madelyne and Luke and nephew, Michael Telliga, his wife Sara and daughters, Savannah and Annabelle.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, January 25, 2025 at Cedarwood Cemetery starting at 2:00pm with Reverend Randy Martin officiating.
