Jean Baird Vincent “GaGa” a beloved mother, grandmother, aunt and friend passed away surrounded by family on August 28, 2024 at the age of 87.
Jean was born in Gasburg, Virginia to the late Percy and Grace Baird.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas L. Vincent, her parents and nine brothers and sisters. Jean is survived by her children, Pamela Vincent Edwards (John II) and Steven Lewis Vincent (Tracy), grandchildren, John Edwards III, Ethan Vincent (Faran), Andrew Vincent (Susannah), and Tanya Huddleston (Joe), sister in law Annie Pearl Robinson and brother in law, Allen Powell along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Jean adored her grand boys. She enjoyed shopping, spending time with her family and sitting on her porch at the lake. Jean’s favorite food in the world was a hotdog.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 30, 2024 at 1:00pm in Cedarwood Cemetery with Rev. Randy Martin officiating. At other times the family will receive visitors at Jean’s lake home.

The family wants to give a special thanks to Betsy Moncure, Wilma Walker, Zettie Moss, Brenda Gail Warbritton and Theresa Walker for loving and caring for Jean. She will be greatly missed by friends and family.
