The North Carolina Center for Missing Persons has issued a missing endangered alert.

Citizens are asked to be on the lookout for Harmony Robinson, who is believed to be suffering from a cognitive impairment.

The juvenile is missing from the address of 110 Brandy Creek Drive in Roanoke Rapids and is believed to be on foot. 

She was last seen today wearing a crop top with Kiss on the front, gray sweatpants, North Face slides with a rainbow, copper braids, and a gray and black scarf.

She stands 5-7 and weighs approximately 150 pounds.
