Roanoke Valley law enforcement reported the following:
Warrants in Enfield shooting
Enfield police Chief Eric Johnson reported via the department’s Facebook page this morning that Devon Jamar Robinson is wanted for outstanding warrants for arrest related to a Saturday shooting.
Law enforcement was dispatched to the area of 513 S. McDaniel Street regarding several gunshots that had been fired and exchanged between parties at this location during a birthday celebration.

Johnson obtained warrants for Robinson’s arrest on charges of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and discharging a firearm within the city limits of Enfield.
The investigation is ongoing and other charges are expected.
Soap dispensers cleaned out
Roanoke Rapids police Chief Shane Guyant reported that on Monday, November 6 around 5 p.m. an unknown man wearing a black short-sleeved shirt with white writing on it entered a restaurant on Julian R. Allsbrook Highway while the business was open and stole soap dispensers from both the men’s and women’s bathrooms.

There were three dispensers taken at a value of $100 each.
The suspect left on a gray Nissan Armada with unknown license plates.
