The Halifax County Health Department today added six new positive cases of COVID-19 to its data.

The latest cases bring the total number of positives since March of last year to 5,596.

There have been 112 related deaths.

In Northampton County the health department reported today there have been 1,853 total positive cases of which 1,769 have recovered. There are 15 active cases. There have been 15 related deaths.
