Graduating Roanoke Rapids High School seniors will again take part in the Senior Ride, which will serve as the substitute for the traditional Project Graduation.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, Project Graduation will not be held for the second straight year. Project Graduation has been one of the commencement traditions for graduating RRHS seniors and has been held at T.J. Davis Recreation Center.
The Senior Ride, which will be held May 16 at 3 p.m., is being supported by Project Graduation community sponsors as well as the Roanoke Rapids Police Department, Halifax County Sheriff’s Office, the faculty and staff of the city school system, and the parents of the graduating seniors.
Instructions and a map of the route are contained in the photo gallery.
