The Halifax County Sheriff’s reported the following, according to Captain A.M. Harris:
On Wednesday shortly after 3 p.m. Harris arrested Dillon Brigman, 27, of Mills Street at his residence.
Harris had obtained warrants on Brigman for sell schedule I controlled substance, deliver schedule I controlled substance, possession with intent to sell/deliver schedule I controlled substance, and maintaining a vehicle/dwelling for a controlled substance.
The narcotics division had received a drug complaint about heavy activity at the residence and Brigman possibly selling fentanyl from his home.
Brigman received a $20,000 bond with a February 23 court date.

On Tuesday at approximately 5 p.m. Kevin Marquette Ingram, 37, of Roanoke Rapids surrendered to Agent B.J. Murphy at the Halifax County Sheriff's Office.
Agent A.D. Cash had obtained warrants for the arrest of Ingram for sell cocaine, deliver cocaine, possession with intent to sell/deliver cocaine and maintaining a vehicle/dwelling for a controlled substance.
This occurred at Ingram's residence in the 1000 block of Rhea Smith Road.
Agents had received a citizen complaint of Ingram selling from this residence and Cash followed up.
Ingram received a $10,000 bond with a January 20 court date.
