The Halifax County Board of Elections will meet Thursday at 1 p.m. to conduct a post audit of the November 5 election which includes counting of provisional and any remaining absentee by mail ballots.

The board will continue that meeting to Friday at 11 a.m. to certify the election.

The meetings will occur in the Board of Commissioners Meeting Room located on the second floor of the Historic Courthouse at 10 North King St, Halifax.
