County remains 99th in health outcomes

The Halifax County Public Health System is studying the results of an annual health outcomes ranking survey which puts the county at 99 out of 100 North Carolina counties.

The 239th anniversary celebration of the signing of the Halifax Resolves will be held on a Sunday this year — April 12.

Brine time: City building own plant
