Northampton County Schools is on a two-hour delay.

RHA Health services is on a two-hour delay and will open at 10:30 a.m.

Halifax Community College will open at 10 a.m. The campus and community is advised to continue to check HCC alert systems for further information.

Weldon City Schools will operate on a two-hour delay

Roanoke Rapids City Schools will operate on a two-hour delay.

There will be no Wednesday morning exam. Students scheduled for the Wednesday morning exam do not have to report to school. That exam will be rescheduled for Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. or 12:30 p.m.

The Wednesday afternoon will be held as scheduled from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

RRGSD faculty members should report based on the two-hour delay schedule. Exam, lunch and bus schedule will run as normal. Make-up exams will be given on Friday.

Place to Play does not operate in the event of delayed openings or early closings.
