On Tuesday, September 23, the RRHS Cross Country teams ran

at the NC School of Science and Math. There were 10 teams

at the meet, as the meet was attended by all 8 Northern

Carolina Conference (2A) schools and 4A schools Durham

Jordan and Northern Durham.

The RRHS Men's Cross Country team finished 4th overall and

3rd among conference schools in points.

Men's individual results were:

The RRHS Women's Cross Country team finished 5th overall

and 4th among conference schools in points.

"Both teams responded well to a very challenging course.

We had a lot of runners post season best times. I am

really proud of all of our runners today," said head

coach Mark Snead.

The next meet for the RRHS Cross Country teams will be

next Tuesday, September 30 at the Durham School of the Arts
