Junior baseball Jackets win at home Thursday

Roanoke Rapids JV Yellow Jackets baseball hosted Warren County Thursday afternoon at Doyle field.

 

Roanoke Rapids won the game 2-0.

Chase Mountford pitched 7 innings for the Jackets giving up 3 hits, 0 runs and striking out 6 batters.

Leading hitters for the Jackets were Jarrett Williamson and Cameron Rogerson.

Roanoke Rapids JV team's next game is against Warren County again Thursday at Warren County.
