The Roanoke Rapids parks and Recreation and Roanoke Rapids High School's joint Summer soccer camp finished it's four day camp this past Thursday at TJ Davis Center.
Camp instructor RRHS soccer coach Craig Jean stated, "I was glad the weather worked out for us and the rain never really impacted our training. We had a great turnout this week. The kids' positive attitudes, willingness to work hard and their ability to take instructions was impressive and set the tone for a successful week. We had a lot of fun and each day we saw improvement. I hope the kids left the camp hype for their upcoming seasons just like I am for RRHS men's soccer when we kick off on Monday."

Players of the week: Avery Qualls, Bryson Pair,  Brayden Patterson, Logan Williams

Special thanks to child nutrition services for providing lunches everyday,  TJ Davis Recreation Dept, Wrenn Screenprinting, William Brewer and RRHS senior players Morgan Davis, Brittany Milan, Paul MacNichol, Gray Draper,  Cameron Wilson, Emerson Escobar and junior Abdul Alrahimi.
