Captain A.M. Harris said Saquan Linwood Vincent, 21, of Littleton, gave no reason for surrendering.
Another man, William Thaxton, who also allegedly sold cocaine and facilitated the deal between Vincent and the task force is presumed to still be in West Virginia, Harris said.
Harris said in a statement Vincent surrendered to law enforcement shortly before 4 p.m.
He was arrested and processed by Agent J.R. Matthews. He was served with a warrant for possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, sell cocaine and deliver cocaine.
He received a $10,000 bond with a May 24 court date.
