A Roanoke Rapids man who faces cocaine trafficking counts is being sought by the city’s police department.
Raymond Arbay Mills, 33, frequents various locations within the city, Chief Shane Guyant said, and he should be considered armed and dangerous.
The trafficking count and charges lodged against him stem from an August 4 search warrant execution by the police department and Halifax County Sheriff’s Office at Mills’ residence in the 800 block of Allen Avenue.
