Nationals jump out to early lead in victory over Rays

The Nationals jumped out to an early lead over Rays and took home a 10-5 victory on Monday night at Ledgerwood.

The Nationals scored on a single by Hayden G and a single in the first inning.

The Nationals scored three runs in the fourth inning. Nationals's big inning was driven by a double by Tae H, a error, and a single by Garvin H.

Colin C earned the win for Nationals. He threw two innings, allowing three runs, three hits, striking out seven, and walking zero. Andrew V took the loss for Rays. He pitched one inning, allowing three runs, one hit, and striking out one.

Dylan S started the game for Rays. He threw two innings, giving up four runs, three hits, and striking out two.

Hayden went 2-for-3 at the plate as he led the team with two runs batted in. Nationals stole ten bases during the game as four players stole more than one. Jake M led the way with two.
