Mr. Marcelle O. Smith, 43, passed away on Sunday, August 15, 2021.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, August 21, 2021, at 12:00 PM at The Centre at Halifax Community College, 100 College Drive Weldon, NC 27890.  Interment will immediately follow in the Mary's Chapel Church Cemetery.

Due to COVID-19 and for the protection of our families, visitors, and staff; New Beginnings Funeral Service, Inc. will be following all CDC guidelines by implementing social distancing, limiting the number of persons in attendance, and requiring the wearing of masks for all services.

Funeral arrangements are being handled by New Beginnings Funeral Service in Scotland Neck.
