A Littleton man who caused damage to a home in the Thelma Road area Wednesday while talking on the phone with the victim is wanted.

Major Anzell M. Harris of the Halifax County Sheriff’s Office said it was not immediately clear what Quante Lamon Scott, 44, and the victim, who was not home at the time of the break-in around 9 a.m., discussed during the call. It was also not clear what led to the break-in.

A roommate was home at the time but was not injured.

Deputy J. Morales has obtained warrants for the arrest of Scott for breaking and entering to terrorize/injure and injury to real property.

Anyone with information on Scott, who frequents the Summit area, is encouraged to contact law enforcement or Halifax County Crimestoppers at 252-583-4444.
