A Roanoke Rapids man is offering a reward if his stolen bicycle is returned.

Ron Ferrell said last week his 27-inch Schwinn commuter bike was stolen from 615 East Tenth and Carolina streets. He uses the bike for exercise.

The bike has lots of chrome and is deep blue, almost black.

He has filed a police report.

A video still shows the possible suspect, a man most likely in his early 20s with twists in his hair.
