Music resounded at the former Roanoke Rapids Theatre again during the North Carolina Bourbon & Spirits Festival as the Weldon Mills Distillery brought in local acts to perform outside and inside the venue now known as Weldon Mills Theatre.
Local performer Chloe Wilson got the outdoor music portion underway as she opened from the local band The Cove.
