The Halifax County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Kevin Samuel Delbridge, 45, of Roanoke Rapids.
Chief Deputy Scott Hall said in a statement Delbridge was placed in the Halifax County Detention Center on April 20 for non-payment of child support and later released on the electronic monitoring program.
Since his release, Delbridge cut his ankle bracelet and fled the area.
Delbridge has ties to both Northampton County and the Roanoke Rapids area.

Delbridge is currently wanted for non-support, injury to property, and interfering with electronic monitoring device.
He is considered a fugitive from the Halifax County Detention Center.
Breaking and entering
On September 19, deputies responded to a residential breaking and entering call off Highway 48 outside Roanoke Rapids.
Two dirt bikes were stolen.
Through investigation by Detective R.B. Biggerstaff, warrants were issued for Quayshawn Rogers, 26, of Roanoke Rapids.
Rogers was arrested Thursday and charged with two counts of breaking and entering, two counts of larceny of motor vehicle, two counts of possession of stolen motor vehicle and injury to personal property.
The dirt bikes were located in Northampton County with the assistance of the Northampton County Sheriff’s Office and returned to the owners.
Rogers has a first appearance court appearance set for October 17.
