A Silver Alert has been issued for a Rocky Mount woman last seen in the Scotland Neck area of Halifax County on December 30.

Detective Tyree Davis of the Halifax County Sheriff’s Office said Edna Kay Williams was last seen on Access Road in Scotland Neck.

She is a white female, standing 5 feet tall and weighing between 120 to 125 pounds.

She has brown hair, hazel eyes but her clothing description is unknown. Her car was located in Asheville on January 17.
