One man has been arrested and investigation continues following a drug bust Tuesday outside a house on Third and Hamilton streets.

Captain Andy Jackson said Officer Rich Somogyi spotted a vehicle parked on the curb and did a license check. He discovered the tags were stolen.

Somogyi searched the car and found a gram of marijuana in the vehicle.

He charged Cory Rainey Genus, 21, of Roper Springs Road, with possessing and concealing stolen property, felony possession of marijuana and possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana.

Genus was jailed on $7,500 bond and has a February 2 court date.
