Identical twins face nearly identical charges in an armed robbery at a tobacco store off Premier Boulevard Tuesday night.

Police continue to look for a third suspect in the robbery of Tobacco Outlet Plus, Captain Andy Jackson said.

The robbery occurred shortly before 8 p.m. when a witness observed three black males apparently escorting the store owner to the back of the building, one of them apparently armed.

Within a minute of receiving the call, Jackson said Sergeant Perry Parks arrived and saw the three men running from the store. One was apprehended not far from the scene and the other was apprehended by Jackson, Lieutenant Andy Bryant and Detective Jeff Baggett behind an Internet cafe in Premier Landing. “We determined without a shadow of a doubt this person was involved in the robbery,” Jackson said.

Both were jailed on $25,000 bond and have December 13 court dates. The third person is described as a black male standing 5 feet, 10 inches tall and wearing blue jeans, a fur lined hooded bomber jacket and white Air Force I tennis shoes with blue trim.
