Roanoke Rapids native Lindsey Rowland representing her own gym "The Attic" earned a few medals in SC.

Rowland participated in her first powerlifting meet this past weekend in the "USA Powerlifting Battle on the Border" in Fort Mill, South Carolina.

Rowland's results in the 52kg/114lb weight class - (weighed in at 109lbs.)

Full Power (squat, bench and deadlift) 2nd place

Bench Press only 1st place. Total lifts= 501lbs

With her next meet will be State Championships in Raleigh, NC June 4th, 2016.
