The RRHS varsity baseball team picked up a 10-0 win in their conference opener against Warren County. 

Colby Warren picked up the win pitching all 5 innings. He struck out 10 batters on the night. 

The Jackets offense pounded out 10 hits by 10 different batters. 

"After the tough loss the other night we talked about playing with the team first attitude and that is what we did tonight. We had one of our best practices of the year yesterday and it paid off. I am glad the players got to see their hard work pay off. I am really proud of the guys tonight." Said head coach Mark Snead. 

With the win the Yellow Jackets improve to 2-2 on the season and 1-0 in the Northern Carolina Conference. The next game for RRHS will be at DSA on Tuesday. The game will be played at 6pm at the old Durham Bulls ballpark.
