Myrick School of Dance (MSOD) has it's first dance competition of the season this past weekend in Rocky Mount and is in the books and it was AMAZING!

Rachel & Sarah Rightmyer Duet-Platinum/1st place/2nd OVERALL

Toni Darden Solo-Platinum/1st place/1ST PLACE OVERALL!!!

TONI WAS ALSO ONE OF A SELECT FEW DANCERS RECOGNIZED FOR HER MANY PERFORMANCES WITH A FULL PAID SCHOLARSHIP AWARD TO ATTEND ENCORE'S DANCE INTENSIVE! THIS IS AN OUTSTANDING ACHIEVMENT! AS ALWAYS, SHE PROVES THAT HARD WORK AND DEDICATION PREVAIL!
