New Day Fitness starting New Day Kids Wellness & Health Program July 1st.
Their staff will be training your youth in fun cooking classes, Nutrition classes, Exercise Classes & Fun games.
The program will be Mondays & Wednesdays in July from Noon to 1 PM for youth ages 8-14 at New Day Fitness @ 1388 Gregory Dive in Roanoke Rapids.
Cost is $19.99 for the Month of July or $3.00 per class.
