Vikings fall to #1 Greenfield 3-13 Monday in Wilson.

Vikings got on board in top of 1st inning when Luke Blackman was walked, advanced to 2nd on error by the 1st baseman which allowed the batter Ryan Hockaday to also be safe at 1st. Blackman scored when the left fielder also missed a ball. Hockaday scored on sacrifice fly by Landon Poole. Greenfield tied the game 2-2 at the end of the 1st inning.

The Vikings would score only 1 additional run in the 3rd inning when Luke Blackman hit a single, stole 2nd and scored on a single by Collin Smith.

The Vikings played a great defensive game with no errors but struggled offensively with only 3 hits; singles by Bradley Myrick, Luke Blackman, & Collin Smith.
