Notice is hereby given that the Roanoke Rapids City Council will hold a Special Meeting on Wednesday, September 13, 2023, at 5:30 p.m. in the Lloyd Andrews City Meeting Hall, 700 Jackson Street, Roanoke Rapids, NC. 

The purpose of the meeting is for City Council to consider a resolution supporting economic development in the Carolina Crossroads Entertainment District.
