Notice is hereby given that the Roanoke Rapids City Council will hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at 5:30 p.m. at the Lloyd Andrews City Meeting Hall, 700 Jackson Street, Roanoke Rapids, NC.

The purpose of the meeting is to install recently appointed Councilmember Rex Stainback, consider a resolution accepting American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding and an ordinance for ARPA funding.
