Wade Carter III was indicted last week for a series of crimes he allegedly committed prior to a May 24 breaking and entering in which he was shot by the victim.

Wade Carter III was assigned a July 18 probable cause hearing date in Halifax County District Court today for a series of crimes which include three sexual assaults.
