Three Scotland Neck defendants in a Blood Nation heroin conspiracy waived arraignment today and entered guilty pleas.

Details of the plea agreements entered by Reginald Savage, Collin Lee Whitaker Jr. and Dantee Brown were sealed in electronic court files this afternoon.

Notice of the three accepting pleas was noted in the sentencing scheduling order set by United States District Court Judge Louise Wood Flanagan today in New Bern.

She set a sentencing date of January 9 for the three.

Notice of the pleas was also contained in the waivers of arraignment the three signed.

Flanagan has also set a new arraignment date for Markell Wiggins to November 14.

The judge set new arraignment dates for Bo’Neka McDaniel, Kevin Carswell and Shanta Hines to October 12.

The seven were indicted in June on 15 counts alleging heroin sales of 100 grams or more over a period beginning in 2012 and ending around the time of the indictment.

The indictment identified the seven as members of the Sex Money Murder Blood set.
