The Halifax Academy Cross Vikings Country teams finished the CIC regular season with impressive finishes this week.

The Lady Vikings took a second place finish in the field of six teams while the boys placed fourth out of eight teams.

Morgan Hudomint continued to have a strong season and an outstanding October. She has finished first and second overall in this month's meets.

Thomas Garrett led the boys team with an excellent time of 18:46.

Other leading finishers were Jacob Harris, Kris Carter, and Ted Fleming.

For the girls, Amber Markham and Abby Fleming were the next scorers.

Many team members set season personal records. All the runners ran with determination and their efforts led to exceptional finishes.

The Vikings are in action again in the CIC   Championships on October 19, 2018.
