The Halifax Academy Lady Vikings soccer team suffered a tough loss to Kerr Vance Academy (KVA) at home Friday by the score of 3-2. KVA got on the board first with an early goal and Halifax responded with two unassisted goals midway through the first half by Abby George and Whitney George. The Chaloner Jackets baseball team found themselves in hard fought baseball game on Thursday, but they were able to keep Cornerstone Christian Patriots from scoring to get the 4-0. Both teams were led by great pitching, and the defense by both teams was excellent. The Jackets ended up getting 4 hits while Cornerstone had 2.
