A woman visiting an inmate in the county detention center was arrested Tuesday for taking a cell phone into the visitation room.
A man wanted in an early Tuesday morning stabbing was arrested by Roanoke Rapids police later that day on warrants filed by the Halifax County Sheriff’s Office.
