Good Shot Judy pays tribute to the classic Christmas crooner hits from artists like Frank Sinatra, Bing Crosby, Dean Martin, Ray Charles, Michael Buble, Louis Armstrong, Ella Fitzgerald, Bette Midler, and many more. With their expanded Good Shot 20 piece orchestra, featuring the “Jump Jivin’ Judys” (think Andrews sisters), 6 horns, a string section, and vocalist Brett Cahoon, this will be a swinging good holiday show.

The Spinners are one of the most iconic and enduring groups in R&B history. Smash singles include “I’ll Be Around,” “Could It Be I’m Falling In Love,” “Then Came You,” “The Rubberband Man’’ and dozens of other hits.
The Miracles, who were the very first group to sign to Motown records, continue to keep the Motown sound alive by performing songs, such as: “Shop Around”, “I Second That Emotion”, and many more.

The Meherrin River Arts Council’s goals have been two-fold: create a series that showcases a variety of entertainment styles and genres while keeping tickets affordable to all segments of the population. In fulfilling this mission, an annual concert series of four performances began in 1979. Over the past three decades, the MRAC has produced over 150 performances. Audiences have enjoyed everything from the opera and ballet to plays and symphonic concerts. National and international stars have brought the sounds of jazz, country, contemporary and popular music to the region.
