This holiday season, the Roanoke Rapids Public Library staff wishes to encourage citizens to allow their hearts to grow three sizes larger, just like the Grinch.

To make this happen, the library is collaborating with a local toy drive sponsored by the Roanoke Rapids fire and police departments.  

Beginning Tuesday, the library will collect new, unwrapped toys at the library for this drive.  Select a new toy and bring it unwrapped to the library before Friday, December 18.  

If you will be participating in the Treats and Books Event on Thursday, December 17, this would be an ideal time to bring your toy.
