The Jackets would start their opening drive near midfield and in six plays Tyrell Everette scored on a run and the Jackets were up 7-0 in the first five minutes.
Franklinton then took over on offense and Reggie Williams had a big run, rushing for 24 yards, but the Jacket defense came to life and on third down Ryan Howell stopped the Red Raiders cold and forced them to punt.
The Jackets started from their own 20-yard line and D.J. Epperson taking the ball for a 14-yard carry.
Justin Rawles hit Everette with a 34-yard pass later in the drive and then A.J. Alston caught a pass from Justin Rawles from 16 yards out. In just eight plays it was 14-0.

Play at the line helped the Jackets seal a big victory.
Franklinton ran just seven plays and punted. Then it was here come the Jackets again.
The Jackets started at the 15-yard line following a penalty for clipping.
Rawles had a big run on a quarterback keeper for 14 yards. Later in the drive Rawles passed to Clay Lockaman who would make the reception and carry the ball down to the 39.
The Jackets reached into their bag of tricks two plays later and ran an end around reverse play and Alston had a 32-yard run for a touchdown and the score was 21-0 with 59 seconds left in the first quarter.
The Jackets continued their offensive show with four different players scoring touchdowns.
Rawles scored three touchdowns, Alston scored three touchdowns, Everette scored two touchdowns and Temere Rountree scored one.
Rawles finished rushing nine times for 171 yards and he completed six of 15 pass attempts for 87 yards.
The Jackets had 465 yards on offense with 378 yards rushing while Franklinton managed just 67 yards rushing and 8 yards passing for a total of 75 yards of offense.
Rawles said the offensive line blocked well, the receivers caught the ball well, and the running backs ran the ball well. “The defense did their job tonight and I was pleased with the play of the team.”
Coach Russell Weinstein stated that this was a case of experience versus a younger team. He stated that Coach Clark Harrell from Frankinton has done an excellent job with his young men and they are young and still gaining experience.
The Jackets move to 2-0 in the Northern Carolina Conference.

All team members played well for the victory, Justin Rawles said.
