Detective Tyree Davis of the Halifax County Sheriff’s Office said Edna Kay Williams was last seen on Access Road in Scotland Neck.
She is a white female, standing 5 feet tall and weighing between 120 to 125 pounds.
She has brown hair, hazel eyes but her clothing description is unknown. Her car was located in Asheville on January 17.
