According to a press release from the Halifax County Sheriff's Office, investigators are looking for Timothy Isaiah Moran, who is from Virginia.
Moran is described as a white male standing 6 feet, 1 inches tall with brown hair and hazel eyes. He weighs approximately 179 pounds and has a tattoo of a star on the right side of his neck and both ears are pierced.
Warrants have been obtained for his arrest for assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury.
