Major Bruce Temple said windows in heavy equipment were broken by rocks, resulting in substantial damage.
Temple said vandalism not only hurts the owner of property damaged, but the person who committed the crime. “It is common for offenders of vandalism to regret doing it after they discover that the restitution includes the labor to replace damaged articles. Vandalism is senseless in the first place, and places an unattractive mark on a person’s record.”
