The Roanoke Rapids Police Department reported the following on Wednesday:

• Michael Chad Greene, 35, of Harris Street, Roanoke Rapids, was charged with drunk and disruptive, resist delay and obstruct and served a fugitive warrant. He was jailed on $105,200.

• Jaime Alexander Garcia, 19, of Chase Avenue, Roanoke Rapids, was charged with driving while license revoked.

• Derrick Marquette Newell, 25, of Roanoke Avenue, Roanoke Rapids, was charged with resist, delay and obstruct and probation violation.

• Paul Franklin Lynch Jr., 22, of Williams Street, Roanoke Rapids, was charged with resist, delay and obstruct, possession of less than one half ounce of marijuana, maintaining a vehicle, two orders for arrests and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was jailed on $7,515 bond.

• Mikale Rochelle Young, 19, of Highway 125, Roanoke Rapids, was charged with disorderly conduct, resist, delay and obstruct and no operators license. He was jailed on $1,000 bond.

• Erica Lee Shoulders, 19, of James Court Roanoke Rapids, was charged with personal weapons — hands and feet — order for arrest for common law forgery and order for arrest for injury to personal property. She was jailed on $1,000 bond.

• Cornelius Ray Morgan, 35, of Jackson Street, Roanoke Rapids, was charged with possession of schedule II, maintaining a vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia, no operators license and loud music. 

• Charles Frederick Moye, 28, of Quail Court, Roanoke Rapids, was charged with worthless check. He was jailed on $500 bond.

• Stacy Yvette Wardrick, 20, of Birch Street, Roanoke Rapids, was charged with contempt of court, perjury, court violations. She was jailed on $1,000 bond.

“This is an example of what our patrol officers do on a daily basis,” Deputy Chief Adam Bondarek said.
