Dwayne Lamar Spruill, 24, was charged with DWI, possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana and carrying a concealed weapon.
Captain James Avens said Spruill was arrested by Officer Erin Gregory, who saw the vehicle traveling on Highway 158 and stopped it for no headlight.
Based on Officer Gregory's investigation 20 grams of marijuana and a gun were also found in the vehicle.
Spruill was given a $1,500 secured bond with his court date date set for June 22.
