Detective Roy Rooks of the Halifax County Sheriff's Office said the victim alleges Hakeem Armstrong and Ontarris Armstrong, along with a man named Kourtnie James, robbed him at gunpoint and took his money.

Ontarris, 23, and Hakeem, 21, turned themselves into the sheriff's office and face charges of robbery with a dangerous weapon, first degree kidnapping and assault with a deadly weapon.
They were jailed on $15,000 bonds and have August 17 court dates.
