One arrested, two sought in Enfield robbery

One person was arrested Tuesday and two are being sought in an armed robbery that occurred on House Street in Enfield last month.

The victim was robbed and beaten at a residence in the 100 block.

Enfield Police Lieutenant Jerry Powell said in a news release Detective Randy White conducted an investigation and learned the names of the suspects involved, all from the Enfield area.

He obtained warrants for their arrest on charges of robbery with a dangerous weapon and conspiracy to commit armed robbery.

Chaheem Parker was arrested Tuesday and jailed on $15,000 secured bond and has a February 14 court date.

Meanwhile, the police department still seeks information on the whereabouts of MacLindell Hardy and Taphill Yancey.

Additional arrests in the case are forthcoming pending further investigation.
